New portal is deployed on Vercel. Old portal (Heroku) will be retired within ~60 days (by mid-June 2026).
TODO: Add Vercel token to credentials.sops.yaml. Austin needs to provide:
portal.sayhellocollege.com currently CNAMEs to Heroku (herokudns.com). When Heroku is retired, DNS needs to be updated to point to Vercel's CNAME target.
