When a contact registers for multiple workshops within 30 seconds of each other, HubSpot's workflow likely enrolls them in the wrong workshop. This is because the registration form is shared across all workshop pages, and the workflow appears to route contacts based on the contact-level recent_conversion_event_name property — which gets overwritten by each subsequent submission. Only the last submission "wins."
We scanned all 1,290 contacts with multiple form conversions in the last 90 days. 78 contacts (6%) had submissions on different workshop pages within 30 seconds of each other.
